Download the audio tour
Visitors have been able to take an audio tour of Prestongrange on their mobile phones since April 2004. Now you can also download the tour for your own MP3 player.
This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 2.5 Scotland License.
This means you may make as many copies as you wish, including copying the individual files for sections of the tour, and distribute them freely as long as you abide by these conditions.
- You may not use the audio tour for commercial purposes (for example, you can't sell it, or include it within a commercial work);
- you may not make changes to the audio tour without permission from East Lothian Council (for example by editing sections out of a tour file);
- and you must maintain the attribution of the work to East Lothian Council (for example by giving credit to East Lothian Council if you reproduce the tour).

Prestongrange is located on the coast road between Musselburgh and Prestonpans, on the John Muir Way coastal path, just eight miles from central Edinburgh. It is served by buses in both directions, and car parking is available on site.
The audio tour of Prestongrange was supported by a grant from the Scottish Museums Council.
